Sawgrass Lakes Port Saint Lucie

Sawgrass Lakes is a gated community located in South Port St Lucie. Homes have either view of lakes or preserves. No back-to-back homes.

Subdivision within Sawgrass Lakes:

Crane Pointe on the northeast side has a gated entry off of Paar Drive. Over three-quarters of the 107 homes have a lake view.

Panther Trace in the northwest quadrant has a gated entry off of Darwin Blvd. With 145 homes, Panther Trace is the largest of the five neighborhoods.

Hammock Cove in the southwest corner also has a gated entry off of Darwin Blvd. Hammock Cove is the only neighborhood in Sawgrass with a clubhouse and pool. This neighborhood is the second largest with 131 homes.

The Sanctuary on the southeast side has 85 homes.

The Estates is centered between Crane Point and Sanctuary off of Paar Drive on the east side and is the newest division of Sawgrass Lakes offering new construction on 75 homesites.
